How To Eat a Date-Palm, differently.

The date palm, mentioned more than any other fruit-bearing plant in the Qur’an, is a symbol often associated with Islam and Muslims. Throughout the month of Ramadhan, dates are a common ingredient in the Muslim diet. Even though dates considered as an almost ideal food, providing a wide range of essential nutrients and potential health benefits, the remainder consists of protein, fat and mineral products including copper, sulfur, iron, magnesium and fluoric acid, high in fiber and an excellent source of potassium, the sugar content of ripe dates is about 80%, that's why dates are very sweet. Sometimes too sweet to be eaten daily. That's why I have this recipe to eat dates differently. Ingredients 1. Cheese 2. Date Palm 3. Butter How to cook: pick the amount of dates that you want to eat, slice, take out the seed, replace it with cheese that you've slice as the size of the seed. Heat butter in a small sauted-pan, then put the dates, let it fried for 3-4 minutes. then voila.....
