The Must Have Meatball

Eid-Ul-Fitr or most likely heard as Idul Fitri means celebrating the breaking of the fasting month. It marks the end of Ramadan, the holy month of fasting, and is celebrated during the first three days of the month of Syawal. On the day of Eid, Muslims gather early in the morning in outdoor locations or mosques to perform the Eid prayer. It is not a festival related in any way to worldly affairs. Its significance is purely spiritual. Here the Muslims thank God for having given them the will, the strength and the endurance to observe fast and obey His commandment during the holy month of Ramadan. The Muslims celebrate this day to celebrate the performance of 30 days of fasting both mentally and physically. The Takbir(Muslim prayer) is recited after having confirmation that the moon of Syawal is sighted on the eve of the last day of Ramadan. It continues until the start of the Eid prayer.
