Bye 2009, Helloooow 2010.... This year has been quite hard. Now, I've decided I need more serendipity in my life and that I'm going to have to allow for those moments to happen more often. My resolution for 2010 will be to create a little serendipity each day. I will try to break my routine, get out of the car, open myself up to new conversations with new people. I will carry my camera more often, won't rush straight home to find only my bed and television, will judge and read books based on their covers. The irony is that you can't create serendipity; it simply has to happen. But I can make myself more available and find and store away those moments that break up the days and weeks. No sense waiting until 2010, though.

KONSER KOIN UNTUK KEADILAN: Cukup Satu Prita Saja Jakarta, 16 Desember 2009— Sejumlah musisi besar dan pengamat musik tanah air bergabung dalam konser amal tanggal 20 Desember 2009 yang bertempat di Hard Rock Café Jakarta, dalam rangka merayakan Hari Kesetiakawanan Nasional yang jatuh pada tanggal 20 Desember setiap tahunnya. Ide konser ini tercetus tak lama setelah Prita Mulyasari divonis harus membayar uang sejumlah Rp. 204.000.000,- kepada pihak Rumah Sakit Omni International atas tuntutan pencemaran nama baik. Sebagai bentuk kesetiakawanan dan solidaritas, maka dibentuklah tim panitia konser yang terdiri dari jajaran pencinta dan pengamat musik Indonesia dan menamakan diri sebagai KOIN UNTUK KEADILAN. Konser Koin Untuk adalah bentuk rasa kesetiakawanan dan pernyataan sikap untuk melawan ke tidakadilan agar tak ada lagi kasus semacam Prita yang lainnya. Nama KOIN sendiri terinspirasi dari gerakan masyarakat untuk mengumpulkan koin dalam rangka membantu Prita melunasi dendanya. KOIN ...
